(2) levels are fully furnished with radiant heated floors for natural comfort, a slate pool table, quality mattresses, wifi internet, (2) HD tv's (1 in bedroom) with a good cable package + Netflix. The kitchen is well appointed with gas stove, modern stainless appliances and granite counters. French doors open to a sunny deck for barbecuing right outside the kitchen. (2) upper decks off each master bedroom wrap around the home. Both master bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suites. The 3rd bedroom has its own full bathroom just across the hallway.
White Rock offers a California Beach style waterfront with shops, restaurants, grills and the famous pier along an ocean side stroll that stretches for kilometers. Transit is right here at the street corner and the beach and shops are only a few minutes walk away. A 3 minute drive puts you in upper White Rock town center with wine & tapas bars, theatre, live venues and more. The location of White Rock makes it convenient for access to the US and hwy 99 into Vancouver and points east.
