Beach Village Resort (BVR) is the newest gated resort community on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Located in Orange Beach just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, Beach Village Resort features a great range of amenities including beach access, an enormous outdoor zero-entry saltwater pool (heated seasonally), lazy river, water slide, private cabanas, and on-site management. Plus, BVR has it's own private access to the ever popular Hugh Branyon Backcountry Trail! Enjoy numerous trails within 6,000 acres of State Park featuring lakes, butterfly gardens, wetlands, towering pines and all sorts of wildlife. Walk or ride your bike to enjoy the incredible scenery that the State Park has to offer.
Beach Village Resort homes are all 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, built to Gold Fortified standards and features contactless-entry via door code, pine wood and tile flooring, custom cabinets/shelving, solid stone countertops, 12' and 10' ceilings, and elegant crown molding on both levels.
Keep in mind, if you have a large group, and need more space, that's no problem because we have plenty of these cottages for rent all within the same resort.
This particular cottage sleeps 7 in beds. Beds in this cottage are King, custom built-in twin over queen bunk, and a sleeper sofa in the den. There is also room for an inflatable bed provided by guests.
This specific cottage INCLUDES your very own poolside private cabana at no additional cost!
This incredible new Resort Property has 40 homes that are ready to rent right now. By booking a stay here, you understand that there is construction activity in Phase 3. The construction activity will not be in your way during your stay, but you may hear some noise during the day on the far side of the resort.
CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for early departures unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no refunds will be given due to said occurrences. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however we will do our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.
TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and select the plan best suited for you.
MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*We do not process any payments through VRBO/HomeAway.
*We will use the card you entered when booking for payment.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
*Reservation must be paid in full 30-days before your arrival day.
Parking: You are allowed to park 2 vehicles at Beach Village Resort. Oversized trucks like dually's or trucks with extra-long beds will not fit in the driveway.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property July 1st- July 8th, 2023. We loved everything about this property. It was a perfect place to stay. Very clean, well maintained and a great location. You are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool and lazy river are super nice. The pool is a great place to spend time relaxing. They have live entertainment a few days of the week that was very enjoyable.We had 3 total people during our stay. I think you could easily have 5 if 2 or 3 are kids. Any more than 5 people and it might be a little small unless they are smaller kids that bunk together.I would recommend bringing towels to use at the beach and pool, so you have plenty of towels. We did laundry every other day to keep up.There is a fresh seafood market called Lartigue's located right outside your front door to the left that is amazing! They will cook your food for your and send it with you in "to go" boxes. Highly recommend it! Great place. Great Location. We absolutely loved it and would stay there again!
