You’ll walk into something unique when you enter this ultra-modern, four-story rental fittingly named “White Sands.” Located in Destin, FL, in the fashionable “Destiny by the Sea” community, this home is just a block away from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
The first floor is ideal for a family with custom bunk beds and an ensuite shower/tub combo, which adjoins an entertainment room that sleeps four. The adults will enjoy the king bedroom with the ensuite bath and a shower/tub combo on this same level.
There’s something unique about this property: Each floor has its own climate-controlled system. In addition, each floor has its own washers/dryers. And, although there’s a community pool nearby, why would you want to leave when there is a private pool right off the living area?
The main living room is on the second floor and features comfortable lounging couches and a wall-mounted smart TV. The kitchen has an oversized island as well as an ample dining table. The high-end appliances include a commercial-grade gas stove/oven and microwave. Plus, for crowds, there are two convenient dishwashers.

The third floor has a living area with comfy couches and a TV with an arcade console. There are custom bunks on this level that sleep 10, with an ensuite bathroom featuring two separate walk-in showers and a double vanity. The fifth bedroom is a king with an ensuite bath, soaking tub, and separate shower.
All three enclosed floors have either patios or balconies; however, the open-air fourth floor will remind you of the Mediterranean. A private entrance leads to two separate outdoor areas with plush seating perfect for sunset watching or star-gazing at the end of a fun-filled day.

Located along Scenic Highway 98 on the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, this premier, Gulf-front, gated community has 24-hour security as well as a pristine, private beach. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules.
