5 Bedroom House in Cowes
There is no better location than this. Walk across the road to the beach, walk to the shops and spend your day people watching. Amazing views of the ocean and a fire place to keep you warm and cozy on those colder nights.
5 bedrooms which comfortably sleeps 20. Large private pool when the kids have had enough of the beach and views from the veranda which means you will not ever want to leave. So close to the pier and you can actually see the kids on the beach from the veranda.
The house is solid and spacious, with 3 bathrooms and a powder room. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs. Plenty of parking, books, games jigsaws along with a table tennis table to help entertain the kids. Lots of local walking tracks and only a short drive to the surf beach.

Bedroom 1 – King Bed, Single and trundle (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 2 – Wooden Tri bunk (double on the bottom and single on top) (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, Single Bed (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, Single Bed (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 5 – 3 x Double bed, 1 x single bed and trundle and sofa couch (sleeps 8)

EnSite to Bed 1 – Shower, duel sinks, bath, and toilet
EnSite to Bed 2 – Shower over a bath, single sink, and toilet

All linen is supplied along with tea towels, bath towels and bathmats. No facewashes or hand towels provided.
Pantry is has limited staples such as coffee, tea, sauces, salt/pepper etc.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
We also require a bond which is fully refundable after your stay if no damage has occurred.
If you require an early check in or a late checkout, please message and if no other booking and timing can fit with cleaners then happy to discuss. If another booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.
