Summary: This cottage has just a perfect location. Mayo Beach access 50’ out the front door, and the town pier with Macs Shack is about a 10 minute walk. The 3BRs were perfect for us, our 2 kids and their aunt. The living area is seriously spacious and we took advantage of the outdoor shower and in-unit washing machine. The kitchen is a tad short on counter space (price you pay for a washing machine) and the place could use a little updating. But the view out the front is amazing, dining at the umbrella table as the sun sets and even doing dishes provides the perfect waterfront view. Owners were very responsive to messages. We would definitely rent this place again.
