Welcome to Beach View.
This house is very rare in combining great views while being only a 1 minute walk to the Fairhaven Beach. “Beach View” overlooks the patrolled surf beach and being so close there is no need to drive to the beach if you want to have a swim or a walk on the beach.
Combining the open plan kitchen/dining/living area with a deck on the top level there are spectacular ocean, surf, beach and lighthouse views, Beach View is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the great ocean road.
You can also watch the sunrise over the ocean and Aireys lighthouse if you get up early enough.
Beach View is now under new management from July 2023 and has been given a “new lease of life”.
Description
This house has 3 levels.
The open plan kitchen/dining and living area is on the top level with spectacular ocean, surf, beach and lighthouse views. This level features a deck with equally spectacular views. It also provide Bialetti Coffee Maker and French Coffee Press.
There are three bedrooms on the second level all with beach and/or ocean views - the master bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite, reverse cycle heating and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a laundry/bathroom combined on this level. Separate toilet with vanity unit.
On the ground level there is a second living / sleeping area which has a set of bunk beds with entertainment including Smart TV, DVD, books, board games, mini pool table and a table tennis table.

Forced move in days may apply over peak times.
Strict No Party Policy (schoolies, hens, bucks etc) See terms and conditions.
Firewood is only supplied from May to October.
