A breakfast bar seats three with a kitchen table that can comfortably seat up to four, making this perfect property for family and friend gatherings. The living room, with popular Florida decor, has a television with DVD and leads to the outdoor balcony. The spacious master suite contains a king sized bed, television and plenty of dresser drawer and closet space. The second guestroom has two queen sized beds, and the third bedroom has one queen sized bed. This unit is perfect for larger families as it sleeps up to 8! The bathrooms, are meticulously clean and like all SunHost properties, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay.
This is a non smoking home that offers 2 assigned parking spaces. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available.
