"We can hear the song of the sea while staying at this beautiful villa. It is a 750 sqm villa built on a spacious 2000 sqm of land with private swimming pool 12x8 meters. Palm grove and sea breezes create microclimate in the garden with cool and fresh air.
This villa is very special property of Bali, because it has natural white sand beach with direct access. You can swim or snorkel discovering colorful corals just next to your home.
This beautiful villa will perfectly accommodate a family or group up to 12 person, it is comprises of one upstairs spacious master bedroom and 3 other bedrooms on the ground floor.
The Master bedroom is a really big room which takes all second floor of main building, it has a king size bed with mosquito net and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, it has a direct access to the large balcony where you can find sun lounges also adjacent to a charming terrace with chairs and table under a big umbrella.
Three other bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all are completed with double beds (2 king sized and one queen sized) and en-suite bathroom. Two of them have bath tub, one only with shower.
All bedrooms have sea view through panoramic sliding doors, flat screen TV and DVD player, working desks and sofas.
This villa futures air conditioned living room where you will have all the thing you need to entertain yourself and your guest: a big L-shaped sofa, flat screen TV with a surround sound system and a play station will keep you occupied for an indoor fun time. There is fully equipped western kitchen for guests with 8 seated dining table, professional coffee machine and large fridge.
Located separately there is another kitchen for our professional chef who will surprise you with delicious meals during your stay. He can also do groceries (+20% to the bill). Another big dining table for 12 people sat on the open air terrace.
There is a private air conditioned gym with shower in the back room and game area with Foosball and Ping-Pong table and projector on the balcony.
The big outdoor pool strategically overlooking the sea and Nusa Penida island. 6 sun loungers with umbrellas and coffee table set on the deck next to the pool.
If you have little kids there is a shallow part of pool where they will feel safe. Beach front terrace provides 2 chairs with umbrella, so far the best spot to relax by the sea.
We provide you full service with a driver and 6 seater car to take you wherever your heart desire, 8 hrs a day exclude petrol cost, our residence chef to pamper your taste bud with a high quality delicious local cuisine, 2 housekeepers and our western manager on site.
