Nestled away from the High rise, hustle & bustle of panama city enjoy our cozy beach themed loft retreat. Close enough to all the action, but far enough to enjoy the tranquility only the crystal clear waters can give you! Enjoy your coffee and watch the sunrise over the GULF from our top floor balcony & feel the salt in the air as you lounge on our modern beach styled outdoor furnishings.
With our dedicated living room this loft is cozy & cute with all beach themed furnishings and decor. Surprisingly spacious, enjoy a dedicated dining table with enough room to seat 5 comfortably, a full size kitchen fully equipped and stocked with all you need to cook up your favorite meals. A smart TV completes the space, with a swivel head so you can watch from anywhere downstairs. But why watch tv when you can see the Gulf from the couch, & the dining room table?
Downstairs is completed with a sofa bed that can sleep 2, a full bathroom, outstanding water pressure.
Up the stairs towards the loft you'll find a king size bed with a memory foam topper, along with another TV equipped with a Firestick to watch all your favorite shows. Through the opening head to our second bedroom with a tasteful curtain to ensure your privacy as you'll find a bunk bed for the kiddo's or members of your traveling party.
A full sized bed is topped with a twin to ensure ample sleeping for your entire party. A half bath ensures you don't have to walk up and down the stairs for the kids who may have to use the bathroom before bed.
Right outside the front door find ample storage for all your beach equipment (a few floats and small boogie boards will be available for use) and your very own WASHER & DRYER.
Be transported in between your beach trips with relaxation at our quiet pool area with an outdoor shower to rinse the sand away, and clean any beach equipment.
There is a dedicated parking spot however additional spaces are available in overflow (though may be limited during peak season).
**This unit is located on the top floor (3rd floor) with no elevators and does include narrow & steep stairs so guests with mobility issues should be aware**
Baby gates are available for kids to prevent walking up stairs unsupervised as well as a play pen & boppy seat for infant feeding.
6 POOL TOWELS ARE AVAILABLE AS WELL AS BASIC SEASONING, PLATES, CUPS, BOWLS, COFEE MAKER, UTENSILS, BLENDER, TOASTER ALONG WITH SKILLETS, POTS, MIXING BOWLS, BAKING SHEETS AND MORE.

**This unit is cute and clean, however is NOT brand new. It has been well maintained but well loved and at over 20 years old it will offer a beach feel, NOT a luxury resort feel. There will be small nicks etc that will not affect the quality of your stay**
