Your luxury resort-style private pool awaits you including several waterfalls, wading / swim ledge (for little ones to wade / sit and splash), underwater seating, color changing LED lighting, premium pebble flooring, etc. The smaller section of the pool heats/cools to the same temperature as the pool. Our guests find that the heated pool makes late Fall's and early Spring's much more enjoyable with a pool!
We own home A and B which are next-door (each is separate but you can book 1 or both). A few short steps to the beach (visible from the home).

Sit on your private deck while watching the sunrise over the ocean. Our guests love seeing all types of wildlife from the home. Have fun in Myrtle (15 min away) but stay in the safety/comfort of this family owned neighborhood. Walking distance to the beachfront restaurants and the famous Surfside Beach Pier. One of the only stretches of beach in the area, more free of the hustle and bustle of hotels and condos. Be surrounded by families and make memories here.
Our pool is a heated and cooled, salt water pool. A pool is great. A heated pool is even better. A heated and COOLED pool is the BEST! When it's 95 degrees in the heat of the summer, why swim in hot bathwater in an un-cooled pool? Get simply the perfect feeling pool all year round as our pool always stay that ideal temp! AND we don't charge to heat or cool our pool, like many other rentals do. Get 85 degree water in the middle of winter!!! Pool has a swim ledge, bubblers, fountain water features and luxury pebble flooring (feels amazing)!
Can sleep 16 guests including double sleepers on full size beds.
Parking for 5 cars with additional parking available.

Bedroom 5: Full over Full size Bunk with Twin Trundle (Can sleep 5). Includes a private covered porch with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Full-size bathroom with shower/tub is located in the hall between common area bedroom #3 and bedroom #5.

We provide all clean linens/towels, blankets, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, and more! This is RARE as many other companies charge or simply don't provide linens. The only thing we don't provide is beach towels. There are many Golf Cart rentals companies in the area and they will even drop-off and pickup the carts at the house.
A short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Shopping Center, Ripley's Aquarium, and more! Visit Brookgreen Gardens just minutes away in Murrells Inlet to view one of the world's largest collections of sculptures by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. A little further south is Pawley's Island, home of famous Rope Hammocks stores, followed by the gorgeous waterfront of Georgetown. No trip here is complete with eating at one of the many many waterfront restaurants at the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk (A quaint picturesque waterfront boardwalk that stretches over half a mile along the waterway and estuary and is lined with lively eateries offering nightly live music). Don't forget Huntington State Park, which is right next door. There, you can catch real live alligators in their natural habitat as you stroll along endless wooden walkways (don't worry; walkways are raised up and have railings to the gators can't get too close to you). Wild Water and Wheels is right down the street and provides the thrills of a full size water park and go carts.

The person renting must be 25 years or older, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises. No parties or events allowed. The guests reserved are the only ones allowed on property unless given permission ahead of time. No more than 18 people in total
