The outdoor area has been designed to be as one with the indoor entertaining area, Constantine shutters allow the apartment to be filled with north east fresh ocean breezes, whilst maintaining privacy. There is also a second bedroom with tri bunk (double bed on bottom, single bed on top). With a fresh and contemporary feel, this will soon be on your list of favourite destinations, offering you all the elements for a relaxed, blissful holiday. **LONG & SHORT STAYS WELCOME - RATES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST** The lighting along the Oceanway footpath between Tugun SLSC and Bilinga SLSC is being upgraded between May â August 2021.Works will be undertaken Monday â Friday between 7am â 6pm. Construction will be staged to minimise disruption and maintain beach access. There will be temporary Oceanway and on-street parking restrictions and temporary changes to beach access points during construction. There may be some noise and dust during construction. Location Bilinga is located only minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Hop straight off the plane and into paradise! Bilinga offers one of the least crowded beaches on the Gold Coast, and has a quaint, beach town vibe. The beach is patrolled in front of the surf club, and most accommodation options feature wonderful views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta. There are a couple of cafes and general stores to stock up on holiday basics and it is only a flat, easy walk or bike ride into Coolangatta along the footpath that hugs the beach.
