This Beautiful beach home has been lovingly curated and thoughtfully decorated to create the ultimate Gulf front getaway.
Purchased and renovated in 2021, the owners have put custom touches throughout, and have assembled one of the finest properties on the Beach.
Breathtaking views of the emerald Beach and pearl white sand for over 50 miles.. You simply will not find a more commanding view than from your beach front balcony in 2304 East. Have a morning cup of coffee and watch the dolphins play in the surf, or have an evening cocktail and watch the sun slowly set below the turquoise waters of the gulf. Incredible, nearly indescribable views of the ocean, sand, sunsets, and Pier from your balcony.
The penthouse views just deliver the best condo experience.
2304 East features a gulf front living room with 10 foot ceilings (only available on the penthouse level) and walkout to the spacious balcony, fully stocked kitchen with separate coffee bar area. This unit is well furnished to handle any meal prep for those nights that eating in just sounds better. Plenty of comfortable seating and dining areas.
The Master Bedroom is directly on the beach and has walkout to the balcony along with ensuite bath and walk in closet. Dual vanity sink in the bathroom for convenience. A comfortable King bed in the master insures a great nights sleep.
The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and access to the adjacent guest bath
The bunk room sleeps 3 and has a twin over twin bunk.
Extra sleeping is available with the pull out sleeper in the living room, so you can comfortably sleep 9.
2304 features a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer and plenty of extra storage space.
The unit has full cable and every bedroom has a TV. High speed WIFI is also included at no additional cost.

Parking: Parking is handled through the Calypso resort and as of Feb 10, 2024 the parking cost is $50 per car per stay.
Here are the rules: Must be 25 or older to reserve and primary guest must be staying at the property the duration of the stay.
No college or high school party groups. No Pets, No smoking or vaping or illicit drug use on property.
Spring break and summer seasons require longer stays. Summer Stays must begin and end on a Saturday or Sunday with a 6-7 nigh minimum.
