Beautifully maintained home located close to the bay-side canals which offer great kayaking and fishing. Only a three block walk to beach access and half a block to fishing in the bay. Our three bedroom, two full bath home features a large open living area with vaulted ceilings. Open, roomy, and fully equipped kitchen for cooking your "catch of the day". Laundry room with a washer & dryer and a door leading to the back porch and stairs. Back stairs lead to a newly installed private pool, a big covered deck, a park side grill and a fish cleaning station. The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, flat screen TV, and a sliding glass door that opens out to the front porch. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen-size bed and sliding glass door that opens out to the front porch, and bedroom 3 has 2 queen size beds and there is a full bathroom between rooms 2 and 3. St. George Island is across the bay from historic Apalachicola Florida, the seafood and oyster capital of the world. Apalachicola is also known for their Seafood Festival every year and lots of shopping.
