Everything is brand new, under new ownership! Beach Place 311 is a newly remodeled, newly painted Beach Front Condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico located in Madeira Beach, Florida. This condo has a large dining and living room area that opens out to the private balcony where the view of the beach and gulf is spectacular. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils.
The living room has a flat screen TV, a couch and a rocker chair. The master bedroom has 1 king bed and a TV. The master bathroom has a shower with a tub. The guest bathroom has a shower with a tub as well. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds with a TV and a walk-in closet that leads to the guest bath. In the 3rd bedroom is one queen bed with a TV as well.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets and direct Gulf view from the privacy of your balcony or fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves in the master suite. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.
As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes and sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation getaway. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Free WiFi. No smoking inside the unit.

Summary: The bldgs need some upgrading. We had an elderly person with us that had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the condo on the 3rd floor. If we had known that, which should DEFINITELY have been advised of this, we would have stayed elsewhere.
