Sparkling clean, bright and airy and perfectly located for beach lovers. One of the best rental values on Hilton Head Island, the property is just a short seven minute walk from the beach. New owners have rehabbed this 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa in the quiet, established Fiddler's Cove community. The remodel includes all wood flooring throughout the main living areas. There is a new kitchen with all new stainless appliances including a stack washer and dryer and updated bathrooms as well as all new furniture with a 55" Smart TV in the living area. The villa is located on the 3rd floor. If a day away from the beach is what you’re looking for, you will find one of two on-site swimming pools just across a small parking lot.
This Fiddler's Cove unit includes sleeping accommodations for 6 with one queen sized bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Guests will enjoy a flat screen TV in the living space with a Charter Spectrum package. Your stay also includes free WIFI. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet cook including small appliances not normally offered in a rental. A small balcony is located off the Living Room.
The landscaped sprawling grounds of Fiddler’s Cove include multiple playgrounds, picnic and BBQ areas and a private lagoon complete with wildlife. Hilton Head's extensive bike trails bring you right to the complex entrance. There is also a new Breeze Trolley stop at the entrance offering free transportation to Shelter Cove’s many restaurants and shops.
Resort amenities at Fiddler's Cove include free parking and 24/7 security gate, 2 outdoor swimming pools (cooled in summer/heated fall and spring) and a hot tub. Ten championship caliber Har Tru clay tennis and four pickle ball courts are available to reserve.
