As you enter the unit, you are greeted by a spacious living room with large sliding glass doors that offer access to the patio. The living room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances and upgraded cabinets with countertop space, making it the perfect space for cooking and entertaining. The master bedroom is large and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub. The second bedroom offers two beds, one twin and queen. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway and is a walk-in shower. This condo includes a washer and dryer combo in the kitchen for added convenience. Residents of this building have access to fantastic amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and close to beach access point!
Guests have access to the entire home. There is shared access to pool and tennis courts. ***A key is required to access to the pool. Please be sure to return the key before leaving. Failure to return the key will result in a $250 fee.***
We also keep some extra beach accessories in the condo for guest use.
This condo comes with one designated parking space and a possible second parking space in an overflow parking area that is first come, first serve.
Guests with a second vehicle will need to fill out a Registration form and Parking Pass upon entry and turn into Condo Lobby during office hours.
There are stairs required to access the property, it is about 10 steps to the access door of the property.
We can sometimes accommodate early check-in and/or late check-outs. There is a fee for early check-in of $50 and a separate fee for late check-outs of $50. Please reach out if you are interested.
**CONTSTRUCTION NOTICE**
We are currently undergoing walkway construction. There may be some noise disturbance during the next 10-12 weeks of construction. The fourth phase of the walkway project after all of the concrete repairs have been completed and thresholds have been replaced will be to apply the final deck coatings on the walkways. During that phase of the work, the walkways will be unavailable for use - it will take about 4 or 5 days after the deck coatings have been applied until the walkways will be available for use once again. Per the tentative schedule, it is estimated that work on applying the final deck coating to the first floor is expected to commence in the second week of July. All other floors will be completed before the first floor has been started. There has been discussion that the final deck coating on the 1st floor might be undertaken in two phases: one side of the first floor might be completed at a time, so that access to the elevators will be available while the work on the first floor is completed. We will continue to monitor the construction progress and provide any necessary updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this necessary work, which will help improve the appearance, as well as the structural stability of the building.
