This home is perfectly located- a short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, parks, etc..It is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. (Dolphin Road #11 Access) Absolutely stunning marsh and inter coastal water way views from the decks with beautiful sunsets to end your day and just heavenly to wake up to. There is a hot and cold outdoor shower and community dock that you can use for launching kayaks and paddle boards or fishing. Unit comes with use of 2 adult kayaks and a gas grill. Also just steps away there is a rental store where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks and bikes (Herrings Outdoor Sports).
The home has all appliances (refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, TVs, stove/oven & heat/AC)
Strong, reliable, and free internet wifi-connection and "smart-TV". Sleeps a maximum of 6 people~Queen bedroom on main floor with full bath in hall. Top floor has two bedrooms~ Main bedroom with king bed & on suite full bath and outdoor deck. Second upstairs bedroom has a double bed sized bunk bed, perfect for kids with full bath in hall. Our cleaning fee also includes all bedding, sheets, pillows and bed coverings for all bedrooms as well towels for bathrooms, beach and kitchen provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses.
