Positive: We had a wonderful stay here! The house was spotlessly clean on arrival and very well looked after. It has a slightly older style, but everything is maintained to a high standard and felt very comfortable. Management were excellent – quick to respond on WhatsApp, which gave us peace of mind, though we barely needed them during our stay. The location is absolutely perfect – right next to Stathis Shopping Center with shops and restaurants just steps away, and only a short 5-minute stroll to the beautiful Nissi Beach. You really can’t beat it! The shared swimming pool was a great bonus and lovely to use when open, adding to the overall relaxing holiday vibe. We’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Ayia Napa with everything close at hand.
Negative: The only downside was that the shared pool wasn’t available for part of our stay due to an incident beyond the property’s control. It was a shame as we really enjoyed using it when it was open, but thankfully, the beach was so close that it more than made up for it.
