Beautiful two story 4-bedroom house on stilts located at 1313 SNAPPER in Ocean Lakes Family Campground with master on main with private bathroom and private entrance. Site #1313 is a non-smoking 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath beach house on stilts. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher. Seating for eight to eat inside. A table and chairs for eating outside on deck. A big screen TV in living room with additional TVs in each bedroom. Cable TV with WIFI. Complimentary golf car (restrictions apply) this is not guaranteed--if it breaks down then I will do everything in my power to repair immediately. This house will sleep eight in beds. It has two master bedrooms. One on the main level with a private bathroom and private entrance-queen bed. The second master is on the second level and it has a private bathroom-king bed. The upstairs bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub. The house is beautifully decorated. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to serve home cooked meals and entertain guest. An outside grill is available with an outside table. The large deck surrounds the front and side of the house with part of the deck covered and part open for sunbathing if you would like. South Side 1313 Snapper RATES: $2900/WEEK SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY-- during peak season - holiday rates vary-- (MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THRU LABOR DAY) $500 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED $100 PER PET FEE WITH A MAXIMUM OF 2 PETS OPTIONAL FEES: CLEANING $175 LINENS $125 $225/NIGHT--3 NIGHT MINIMUM --after Labor day. This price is good up to 4 people. If you have more than 4 people then add $10 per person per night. RATE INCLUDES COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CART-WIFI CONTACT ME FOR MONTHLY WINTER STAYS - It has a covered deck on the front with table and chairs. A gas grill is located under the house. Covered parking for 2 vehicles and overflow parking is available for more vehicles. All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $10 a day, per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes. This allows all guest to enjoy the New Water Park as well as all the amenities here-making this a great value. Living room has a 42' flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. SMART TVs are located in all bedrooms and all bedroom have queen beds. with cable. An outside shower stall is located underneath the house. Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes and paper products are NOT provided. You will need linens for 3 queen beds and 1 King bed. LINEN SERVICES CAN BE ARRANGED IF CONTACTED EARLY-$125 for linens delivered and picked up. All guest are responsible for cleaning the home before departure. The home is equipped with all cleaning supplies. ****if the home is found not to have been cleaned the security deposit will be forfeited**** The home and golf cart will be inspected by property management after each guest departs from their stay. It is important that you inspect the home and golf cart as well when you arrive. Report any damages immediately to avoid losing the security deposit. Cleaning Service additional fee. House DOES have internet access. A complimentary Golf cart is included in the lease price. (A $425 value if you rent a cart through ocean lakes for a week) restrictions apply. You are required to abide by all golf cart rules and regulations mandated by ocean lakes and myself. Golf cart drivers must be 21 years old with a valid drivers license. *****if security issues any violations against the site (including golf cart violations) the security deposit will be forfeited*****Security is very strict with a zero tolerance for golf cart violations. Ocean lakes is a gated community with 24 hour security and lifeguards patrolling the one mile long beach. The 10 mile a hour speed limit makes it a wonderful place for children. This family-friendly beach front campground provides a welcoming atmosphere and offers plenty of amenities to keep you perfectly happy and to make your stay exceptional. Ocean Lakes Family Campground has several beautiful pools, including the new water park amenities at Sandy Harbor. A large sun deck that includes reclining chairs for sunbathing and several kiddie pools. Sandy Harbor Splash Zone. The pool deck is surrounded by landscaping and is part of the Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center with restrooms and changing areas. Enjoy a meal or snack at Sandy Harbor Cafe adjacent to the pools and Sandy Harbor Mini-Golf. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. Ocean Lakes takes great care with its pools, which are serviced daily. The “All-Seasons” indoor pool is open year ’round and is heated in the winter time. Water aerobics have become very popular throughout the year with guests of all ages Rental rate is as follows: $2900 per week for Memorial day weekend through labor day. $225 per night-up to 4 people then add an additional $10 per person per night during all other times with a 3 night minimum. A refundable security deposit is still required for off season stays. ($500 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT) Rates include rental - WIFI and remember the golf cart is complimentary. If the golf cart is not working for whatever reason (I hope this is not the case) this will not effect the rental rate. I will do everything in my power to correct any issue with the golf cart- The only problem I have had was a flat tire and it was corrected quickly. In 2012 Ocean Lakes implemented a new policy holding homeowners responsible for the actions of their tenants. The fines range from $500 to $1000 including the possibility of the homeowner losing their lease rights. In an effort to avoid this we do require a $500 refundable deposit that is due within 10 days of making your reservation. This is a non negotiable deposit! If your deposit is not received within 10 days the dates will become available again on the calendar. The REFUNDABLE $400 deposit has been put into place to curb misconduct, golf cart violations and to make sure our home stays clean and undamaged so that everyone can enjoy their stay. SECURITY DEPOSIT refunds will be processed within 21 days once it is determined that the home and golf cart was left clean and undamaged and no misconduct or golf cart violations (approximately 21 days). Any fines against the site will be passed on to the tenant. NO EXCEPTIONS! As a result of this we only rent to families. You must be 25 years old to rent the property. No one under age 25 may rent this property and renter must occupy the property the entire rental period.
