The downstairs guest room comes with a queen size bed and a private porch. There is a full bathroom just outside of this bedroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs you will find the king master bedroom with an en suite full bathroom that comes with a desirable claw tub, walk in glass shower and washer/dryer set. Adjacent to the master bedroom is an enclosed, air-conditioned Florida room with cozy seating which then leads you out to an additional outdoor, covered balcony which incredible views of the lush topical pool area.Steps down the hall is another guest room with a queen size bed, an en suite full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a private, covered balcony area.
