Summary: We've stayed at this property 4 times. The house is very close to the beach, clean, and allows dogs during the off season. Unfortunately, we will be looking for a different property to stay in the next time we are in OOB. The property manager sent a message to me the last time we stayed that if we wanted to come back, he could give us a discount. Before I booked, I asked if the discount was still available. He said it was still available and to make a booking request and he would give us a discount. I booked the property, and followed up multiple times asking about the discounted rate. He replied each time that he was looking into it, but never applied a discount to our rate. Then, about a week before we stayed, he messaged me and asked if I would be interested in staying at the property a day early since it was available. He offered me a "large discount" if we wanted to stay the extra day. Then, after leaving the property, I got another message from the property manager promising a discount if we wanted to come back to stay at the property again. It just doesn't sit right with me that I was offered a discount to stay at the property, never received that discount, and then was offered more discounts for staying longer or staying again.
