On the beach, this upstairs townhouse is an ocean lover's paradise. The views of the ocean and beach are amazing. Every room is elegantly appointed. Excellent build quality. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from every room. Spend hours walking the beach, surfing, boogie boarding and swimming on the exceptional long beach. Less than one minute walk to the beach access. Every guest exclaims that the train is quiet, charming and incredibly nostalgic. Inviting living room with fireplace, and an outside patio facing the ocean. The master has a king bed and full bed with luxurious bedding. The large second bedroom has a king bed which can convert to two XL twin beds if desired. Santa Claus Lane is an exclusive oceanfront coastal area in the Santa Barbara area, situated about a 7-10 minute drive south of Montecito and Santa Barbara. This coastal neighborhood is filled with small boutique shops and restaurants, right outside your front door. There is a separate and private office/residence downstairs which has its own downstairs backyard. There is an outdoor shower in the backyard, close to the yard gate. This is the only shared area. The beach is very clean and inviting. Carpinteria is centrally located near Summerland, Montecito, Santa Barbara, and Ojai. Day trips galore!
