Positive: Villa is in an excellent location, besides being right on the beach it's also very close to some good restaurants and bars, and under 30min by car from Split or 15min from Trogir. Inside it has everything you would have at home and even more: both indoor and outdoor kitchen, an amazing patio and all the games you could want to play. Even more the host recently brought a stand up paddle that really adds to the fun you can have at the beach.
Negative: Only thing I would improve would be another AC in the bedrooms, because there is only one unit for the full house so you have to sleep with the bedrooms doors open during hot summer nights.
