This newly build beach property hosts only two apartments, giving privacy and a sense of isolation, looking out to the sea with direct private access to the beach. Your holiday at this unique property is located over the famous Clifton beaches.
No Loadshedding, a quiet Inverter ensures you are minimally affected by power outages caused by load shedding.
The apartment offers a lovely outdoor entertainment area with a splash pool which overlooks the whole of Clifton, perfectly positioned for guests to enjoy the evening sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean with direct access to the famous 1st Beach and Moses beach.
There is secure parking for 2 cars on the roof of the building, which is the entrance level of the property. Guests can proceed down through the security gate down the stairs to the lower level of the building.
There are only two units in the building, and The Beach House is on the lower level of the building on the sea side of the road, so there are stairs all the way down to the front door of the apartment.
The entrance level of the apartment is the living area, kitchen, one bedroom, and guest toilet, entertainment area with splash pool.
On the lower level is the 2nd bedroom with a separate bathroom, TV lounge and main bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with doors opening onto a private deck.
Other things to note
There is no elevator in the building. There are stairs down to the apartment and stairs to a private gate to access the beach.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, espresso machine, TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a security system and 24-hour armed response.
Included in the rental is housekeeping every twice a week. Pre-stocking, activities and excursions, and butler service are available at an additional cost by prior arrangement.
The inverter powers nearly all of the property's amenities, with only a few appliances that do not work during those power outages.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS
Only those persons named on the Booking may use the property and under no circumstance may the total number of people sleeping on the property exceed the maximum number stipulated. We are entitled to request you and your party to vacate the property if this rule is not complied with.
Short term residents, can have a maximum of only 10 (day) visitors at any given time.
VEHICLES
There are allocated parking bays, marked by signs, for the two sections on this property.
- Under no circumstances may you use parking that is not allocated to your section.
- Please do park respectfully so as to not block other users.
- You are responsible for your vehicle and that of your visitors.
- The Trustees reserve the right to fine any owner of a section deemed responsible by the Trustees for such vehicle that is in accordance with the above. The area is covered by 24/7 cameras if a review is required. Fines will be for your account should you or your visitors not adhere to the rules.
- The property owners accept no responsibility or liability for any damage to your vehicle or theft from your vehicle while parked onsite.
SECURITY
Be mindful of security and be aware of opportunistic crime.
- Ensure the top parking deck and security gate, along with the lower level beach gate are always kept closed and locked.
- Ensure that all the perimeter security lights are on at night.
- Report any suspicious behaviour to our Security Company by phone or by pressing one of the alarm panic buttons.
- Only let your own guest in.
- Report if a key or access tag is lost or stolen to the managing agent, so it can be cancelled and replaced
