Amplio apartamento frente al mar con una ubicacion privilegiada en el centro de la bahía y junto al centro de Aguilas, castillo, mirador y sitios de ocio. La vivienda esta recientemente reformada y completamente equipada para disfrutar desde el primer día y cuenta con dos amplias terrazas y zona de aparcamiento dentro del recinto del edificio. Perfecto para familias y grupos de amigos.
El alojamiento
El apartamento cuenta con 4 habitaciones, 6 camas, 1 de matrimonio con medidas 135x190cm, 4 individuales de 90x190cm y una de cuerpo y medio de 105x190cm, mas un colchon ortopedico de 90x190cm con una capacidad total para 8 o 9 personas. Todas las camas estan provistas de sabanas y toallas de algodon para todas las habitaciones. Sus dos 2 amplias terrazas dan mucho juego, tanto para los desayunos, comidas y cenas en un ambiente acogedor. Tiene un baño completo y un aseo y ascensor con acceso directo a la vivienda situada en la tercera planta, amplio salón comedor y cocina. Todas las habitaciones dan al exterior proporcionando iluminación natural en toda la vivienda y buena ventilación.

BEDROOM 1* La habitación principal tiene una cama de matrimonio de 135x190cm y un armario empotrado de dos cuerpos y tres alturas. Esta habitacion tiene una ventana con vistas al exterior.
BEDROOM 2* La segunda habitación cuenta con dos camas de 90x190cm y un armario empotrado de dos cuerpos y tres alturas. Esta habitacion tiene una ventana con vistas al la terraza y exterior de la vivienda.
BEDROOM 3* La tercera habitación cuenta con dos camas de 90x190cm y un armario de dos cuerpos y dos alturas y una cajonera. Esta habitacion tiene una ventana con vistas al exterior de la vivienda.
BEDROOM 4* La cuarta habitación tiene una cama de 105x190cm y un colchon ortopedico con medidas 90x190cm y un armario de dos cuerpos y 2 alturas. Esta habitacion tiene una ventana con vistas al exterior de la vivienda.
COCINA:
La cocina con un estilo clasico dispone de armarios en la parte inferior y superior. La cocina es de gas, hay horno y microondas y un frigorifico nuevo de 2 cuerpos. Se provee de menaje de cocina y vajilla y obsequiamos a nuestros huepedes con una botella de vino, asi como papel de cocina, papel higienico, jabon, estropajos etc.
SALON:
El salon esta compuesto de sofa chaiselong, mesa de centro, mueble tv y una television de 55" de marca Philips.
BAÑO:
El baño dispone de plato de ducha con puerta corredera, lavabo e inodoro. En todas nuestras reservas ofrecemos tambien champu y gel de baño.
ASEO:
El segundo viene muy bien cuando se trata de grupos grandes y este dispone de aseo, lavabo e inodoro.
TERRAZA 1:
La terraza 1 esta pensada para disfrutar de comidas o cenas segun la temporada del año y esta cuenta con una mesa de madera mas 4 sillas de terraza de estilo nordico.
TERRAZA 2:
La terraza 2 situada junto al salon tambien tiene una mesa y 4 sillas de terraza mas 2 taburetes..
