STEPS TO OCEAN and MACKERRICHER STATE BEACH This comfortable vacation home is tucked away in its own private hideaway just steps away from the sand and surf at MacKerricher State Park. The main house and guest quarters make it a great retreat for couples or an extended family. If only the main house is rented by you, the guest house is closed off and NOT rented to another party. You will have exclusive use of the property. A gentle staircase leads you to the top of the dunes and the viewing deck with bench seating. There you can enjoy the unrestricted ocean view up and down the Mendocino Coast. A perfect spot for watching the sunset, the waves crashing on the rocks and the sea lions basking in the sun. Beach Hideaway is situated on a grassy acre with outside decking, a large hot tub, horse shoes, game room (ping pong and shuffle board) and a fire ring for campfires. Marshmallow cooking required. Bring your bikes and ride the Old Haul Road to Fort Bragg. Located minutes north of Fort Bragg and 15 minutes to Mendocino. *There is a 3% charge per transaction, not included in quoted price
