The large southern-facing pool (14' x 28') is surrounded by ledge loungers to relax and take in the sun. The large pool enclosure allows for easy and comfortable outdoor living. Enjoy watching TV on the lanai with seating for a large group or enjoy the fire by the pool. A BBQ grill is included for a cookout. There is a screened-in front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the neighborhood.
When you’re ready to enjoy the beach, it’s just a few blocks away. The house is equipped with everything you need from bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, etc.
