New Beach Haven West Property! Get away to the water without battling the crowds. This property has it all to make sure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable! This four-bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 10. It has a hot tub, an above ground pool, outdoor kitchen area, firepit, dock to park your boat, and a jet ski floating dock. Don’t have a boat? That’s okay, you can still enjoy the lagoon with the 2 stand-up paddle boards that are provided. 2 Kayaks (one inflatable).
The outdoor kitchen includes a refrigerator for your refreshments and a natural gas grill. Enjoy your meals in the various indoor/outdoor seating areas.
There are three bedrooms located on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed, and bedroom 3 has a bunk with a trundle (3 singles). Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a queen bed. In addition, there is a futon for any extra guests.
You get the best of both worlds here… waterfront amenities and only a few minutes drive to the beach! Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Non-refundable $250 pet fee plus a $250 pet deposit (refundable). **Note: if you are bringing a boat, please contact the office or your agent about the height restrictions. There are two bridges you must go under to enter the lagoon from the bay.

Summary: Property was perfect! Organized, clean and FUN!! The owners thought of everything to make this rental a true oasis for the perfect GETAWAY....even in the rain!!! The only issue was the Lease and the VRBO listing don't correspond with same times for check in and check out. I ended up driving over the bridge to pick up keys when it was just a code I needed. It all worked out but as a biz owner just wanted you to know so you can fix it for future clients. We never stayed in Beach Haven West but loved the convenience and Mud City and Old Causeway Steak & Oyster House were amazing - Order the Dungeonus CRAB!!!! I went back 2 nights in a row.
