3 Bedroom House in Waterford
Come and enjoy our family friendly, clean and cute coastal home within walking distance to two pristine beaches!
The Home
This ranch has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 features one queen bed with a private full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle (all twin). Updated kitchen and bathrooms. The dining room seats 6, 3 additional stools at the island. The living room has a queen pull out sofa, smart TV for streaming (you’ll need your passwords). A full-size stacked washer/dryer located off the kitchen. Window AC’s in the main living area and in each bedroom. Linens, towels, basic soaps, toilet paper and paper towels provided. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron also provided. The basement is locked but you have use of the garage. Please, do not allow unsupervised children in this space.
The outside has a large yard and deck with patio table and seating, a grill (available spring-fall), and fire bowl/pit (you can purchase wood locally). The driveway can accommodate one car, however, on-street parking is available. Also, I car pass to Ocean Beach (5 people) and 4 walk-in passes are included with your stay, but must remain with the house (replacement car pass is $230 and $25 for each walk-in pass).
Things to do Nearby.
Walk to both Ocean Beach Park and Waterford Beach from private neighborhood paths. Ocean Beach, ranked one of the top 25 beaches in the county, features a boardwalk, swimming, pool, waterslide, mini golf, arcade, playgrounds, restaurant/bar, ice cream, and live entertainment.
Waterford Beach can be accessed by a grapevine covered path from the neighborhood. You can also walk to Harkness State Park from Waterford beach and Eugene O’Neill Theater. There is also a small boat launch right around the corner to launch your kayaks.
Short drive to downtown for shopping, restaurants, bars, and fairies to Block Island, fishers Island, or Long Island. Niantic offers a boardwalk, beaches, shopping and dining, and bike rentals. Mystic Village, Seaport, and aquarium, Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun Casino, and so much more within a 30 minute drive.

Standard check in 4 PM. We anticipate the house will be ready before 4 pm. We will notify you, otherwise assume a 4 pm check in.

Check out is 11 AM
Lock all windows and doors
Turn off air conditioners and Lights
Take trash to outside bins
Wash, dry, and put away all dishes
Leave all used beds unmade
Leave dirty towels by washing machine
Please let us know if anything is damaged so we can replace them
Cleaning
The Home is thoroughly cleaned and restocked before check-in. Cleanliness is our top priority!
Garbage and Garbage Pick-up
Please tie bags from the kitchen and bathrooms before placing them into the outside (Blue) garbage can. Deposit CLEAN recyclables into the green can.
Garbage pick up is Monday morning. If applicable, we ask that you bring the blue garbage can to the end of the driveway on Sunday night. The green recycling can is picked up every other week and should be placed next to the blue garbage can.
