This casual Floridian inspired retreat has a comfortable and inviting feel with a furnished balcony overlooking the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. The living/dining area features a beautiful beveled mirror wall, a queen sofa bed, and carpet flooring. The dining table seats four with three additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. The main bedroom has a king bed and casual coastal style furniture. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to make your favorite beach meal as well as lots of counter space for preparation. This snowbird-friendly retreat also has a private washer/dryer for your convenience. With free WiFi, two TVs, a DVD player, and a CD stereo system, you will find all you need for your entertainment! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Our guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation (per condo - not per person). Also, guests who decide to book this unique beach retreat will be granted access to a shared sparkling pool for refreshing splashes, a fitness center, and a tennis court.
This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
