Located in the Island’s popular East End neighborhood, Ocean Mile I-9 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, St. George Lighthouse Museum, and fishing pier. Just across the bridge is Eastpoint’s seafood markets and craft brewery, and the eclectic shopping, arts and culinary scene of historic and charming Apalachicola is just 25 minutes away by car!

The upper level, which is beautifully carpeted, features a laundry area, a shared bathroom, and two bedrooms on each end – one features a queen bed and small deck, while the other is the master bedroom oasis with a vaulted ceiling and king bed, private deck and private bathroom and captivating views from the wall of windows. Step out to the balcony and feel that ocean breeze and look out to the horizon. Beach views don’t get better than this! Read a book or watch the pelicans dive for their dinner. The bathroom features double sinks as well as a tiled shower with a deep tub for relaxing.
