Hello and thank you for showing interest in our beautiful studio ON THE BEACH!
The unit is located at the Fontainebleau directly ON THE BEACH!
We are located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the beach and have recently undergone a full remodel!
We are conveniently located near most of the main attractions and are 1.5 miles from Pier Park!
Whether you are on one of the sun decks, swimming in the pools , or hanging out on the private beach, I'm sure you will have a wonderful stay!
The space
The unit is located in a smaller complex with a private beach so there will be no need to fight the crowds!

Please note that the Fontainebleau is undergoing maintenance in some area but this should not affect your stay.
Fontainebleau Rules include:
-Absolutely NO PETS
(Please let us know if you have a service animal of course)
-NO SMOKING in units
(Fontainebleau has designated smoking areas)
-Sound ordinance from 10pm-8am.
(Please be mindful of others in this family-friendly environment during your stay)
- Arm bands must be worn AT ALL TIMES!
- Parking Pass must be visible AT ALL TIMES!
(Parking is limited and not guaranteed. Additional Parking across the road.)
(Limited to 1 vehicle on property at a time)
-Upon Check-Out all arm bands and parking pass must be returned to the unit .
($5 fee per missing arm band and a $25 fee per missing parking pass)

Summary: Condo was very clean and decorated very nice. Construction ongoing at property but nothing that caused any issues. Pool open and clean. Our property owners was quick to respond to messages and kept us updated when the gate code changed. Very pleased and would stay again.
