3 Bedroom Condo in Fort Walton Beach

Unit 501 is PERFECTLY LOCATED at the corner of the 5th floor to view and listen to the sounds of the Ocean. Plenty of Dolphin watching or closing your eyes while relaxing on the oversized DIRECT BEACH FRONT balcony. Lots of privacy and never crowed with only 3 units or less on each floor.
The Pool area is secure and with only 20 units in the building, never crowded. The pool is heated during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays. Recline around the pool, if you like, in the shade of one of the many PALM Trees, (unusual for Island pools). There is a charcoal grill near the pool.
Take the short board walk over the dunes to the beach (literally steps) where you'll find an umbrella and two chairs set up for you everyday March 1 thru October 31. ALWAYS FREE
All the comforts of home and more. Very private with only 20 units, Cozy and quiet.
The spacious Kitchen/living area has a full view of the Gulf. There are two new leather swivel recliners with a great view of the 55" smart TV (DVD) or swivel around for a magnificent view of the beautiful beach and Gulf waters. It's like sitting on the balcony only in the air conditioning and in wonderfully comfortable chairs.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a 50" Smart TV with DVD player and a walk-in closet. The Bath is roomy with a walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a 33"smart TV. The second bath is next to bedroom 2 and has a tub/shower combo.
There's a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room, beautiful soft blue leather. The bed is just as comfortable as the super comfortable sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a toaster, a coffee pot with a thermos carafe that can be carried to the balcony. A blender, slow cooker, mixer, and much more.
The Laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. You'll find a few starter laundry products on the shelf. Iron & ironing board are in the closet of bedroom 1
Beautiful driftwood colored, Plank Ceramic floors throughout.
No contact check-in. Go straight from your car to the 5th floor, Unit 501. You'll have your own access code to enter and begin enjoying your time at the beach.
