East Pass 605 is a 2200 sqft 3BR/2.5BA, penthouse condo situated on beautiful Holiday Isle, between the Destin Harbor and East Pass! Relax on the extended balcony with unbelievable views of the Gulf, Harbor and East Pass, or watch the sunset on the beachfront pool deck! You'll be able to see the boats passing by through the floor to ceiling windows while relaxing in one of the TWO living areas! All windows are equipped with plantation shutters. The huge open kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a Sub-Zero fridge, breakfast bar, and a dining area + extra outdoor patio tables for dining alfresco and grills available poolside. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath with double sinks, tub, and walk in shower. There’s a guest room with a king bed and another guest room with two twin beds.
