Waterview Towers Condominium is a private gated community located at 150 Gulf Shore Drive. WTC is at the tip of Holiday Isle next to Norriego Point, so our condominium is protected from the hectic vacation traffic while being just minutes from the recreation and exciting nightlife that Destin has to offer. Imagine waking every morning to oceanfront views of the Gulf of Mexico, watching the boats and dolphins come in and out of the Destin East Pass, and ending every evening watching the sun sink below the Gulf of Mexico's horizon on our large balcony that extends the width of the condo. In fact, our personal balcony offers the perfect view for watching the Emerald Grande Fireworks every Thursday night during the summer months (and holidays)! The condo amenities include a small beach located just outside the 27,500 gallon pool and hot tub deck overlooking the Destin East Pass (Please note: Our beach is a private sand beach but it does not allow access to the Destin East Pass water as there is a sea wall with boulders there protecting it. However, there is a public beach access alongside the neighboring condo that has a direct route to the Destin Pass and the Gulf of Mexico if you would like to swim. Norriego Point is also extremely close to the condo and offers another opportunity to splash your feet in the Destin Pass and/or Harbor, as well as multiple access points to the Gulf of Mexico's beaches on Holiday Isle). The pool is heated from March 10th - May 1st and October 1st to Monday after Thanksgiving. Our complex also has a marina located in the Destin Harbor, gated parking, two outdoor gas grills, a washer/dryer set on each floor (although we recently installed a high efficiency Smart washer and dryer with WiFi in the condo as well) and a fully equipped exercise room overlooking a fenced newly renovated tennis court. Our Tranquil Time condo has been newly remodeled throughout with stone grey tiles, granite counters and all new bathroom and kitchen cabinets. We have all new furnishings in our 3 large bedrooms with an added bunk room. This new configuration allows us to easily and comfortably sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk-in closet, personal bathroom and a waterfront view with large glass doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet that houses a high efficiency washer/dryer set, shared bathroom and a waterfront view as well. The third bathroom has two twin beds with a closet, shared bathroom and a large window with a view of the Destin East Pass. The bunk room has a twin and double bed set on a playful oak white nautical bunk bed with a shared bathroom. And…if that isn’t enough for sleeping arrangements, we also have a pullout queen size sofa bed in the living room! There are TVs and Blue-ray players in the living room and all bedrooms. We also have personal 2.4 and 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi in addition to the WTC Wi-Fi to make your stay just a bit more convenient! The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and necessary cookware, utensils and even condiments (sugar, spices, filters, etc.). Both a 12 -cup coffee pot, K-cup machine, toaster and toaster oven are included for your morning wake up. Opposite the kitchen is a long counter with 4 bar stools and 2 pendant lights in case you need more seating from the glass dining room table that spaciously seats 4-6 (8 if you are willing to pull up chairs). We also recently installed a small pantry in the dining room for any supplies you may have. The spacious living room has a complete waterfront view with large glass doors that open to the balcony. The balcony has an outdoor table, chairs (including lounge chairs) and offers a breathtaking view of the pool, hot tub, beach, Destin East Pass with jetties, Choctawatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
