Beach front house on the sands of East Matunuck Beach in Jerusalem, a fishing village of Narragansett, RI. Large decks with great views of the beach, ocean waves, and boats going through the channel. Sleeps up to 10. DOWNSTAIRS : Four sliding glass doors open to the downstairs decks. Fully furnished new kitchen with granite counters, electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, table that seats 6, pots, dishes, utensils, paper towels, napkins, etc. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, bureau, closet, and wall mounted flat screen Hi Def TV with cable. Downstairs living room has a double futon, a single futon, bunk beds, and a large wall mounted flat screen Hi Def TV with cable and Netflix. New full bathroom downstairs includes shower/tub, a 60" granite topped vanity with sink, another 36" vanity with granite top, and toilet. UPSTAIRS : Six sliding glass doors open to the upstairs decks. We have a bedroom with a Select Comfort queen bed, bureau, closet, and wall mounted flat screen Hi Def TV with cable. View the ocean from bed through a sliding glass door. Small bedroom upstairs has twin bed, bureau, and wall mounted flat screen Hi Def TV with cable. Upstairs living room has 5 leather recliners, large wall mounted flat screen Hi Def TV with cable and Netflix, a game/eating table which seats six, and ridiculously nice ocean views. There's a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker upstairs. New full bathroom has large shower, modern washer /dryer, 48" granite topped vanity with sink, and toilet. Six sliding glass doors open to the upper deck. All linens are included and are changed weekly before you arrive. Also provided are towels and face cloths for the bathrooms, toilet paper, towels for the beach, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a gas grill outside. All floors upstairs and downstairs are tiled wall to wall, with 18" square porcelain tile. Entire house has Wi-Fi and Hi Def Cable TV. Smoking on the decks outside OK. Well behaved dogs OK.
