A one of a kind town home in the popular Blue Mountain Beach. This floor plan is unique to Sea Cliffs and is even unique to the 30A area. This 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths condo has ample windows throughout the condo. Enjoy the condos complexes shared green space.
The first floor has a king bed with a sofa sleeper as well as a full kitchen and trundle bed. There is private access off of the bedroom out to the patio. The second floor is where the main living and dining area, and large kitchen are located, as well as a half bath, patio w/ ocean views.. The third floor boasts another king primary suite with a sofa sleeper full bath and a private balcony with ocean views! Also on the third floor, you will find a guest room w/ private bath, fit for a slumber party with two queen beds (not pictured ) and one set of bunk beds.
Not to mention all of the awesome things that Blue Mountain Beach has to offer...restaurants, a bakery, and health food store, bike rentals, just to name a few and all within walking distance. This truly is a GREAT FIND!
