UPDATE ON REPAIRS as of January 5: We continue to make progress even though we have had unfavorable weather conditions. The repairs to the South side of the building are complete. Normal activities may resume (sliders can be opened, the pool area is open and the beach access is available). We hope to begin painting the hallways and front doors next week depending on weather and no unforeseen circumstances. During this time it will be necessary to access each unit to paint the doors. This will require the door being left partially open for the remainder of the day for the paint to dry and cure. Notice will be provided to owners the day before we plan to paint your individual door. We will also be inspecting railings from the inside of each unit during the next couple of weeks. Please accept our apologies but this is necessary as we complete Hurricane Sally repairs.
Recently updated tile in bedrooms, furnishing, paint and new full balcony windows installed. All TVs FLATSCREEN (3).
The bedroom mattresses include premium memory foam toppers to ultimate comfort.

Complex is directly on the beach, with an enclosed gulf front balcony (all new windows!) on the beach too! You can enjoy sitting on the All-Season balcony to enjoy coastline views no matter the weather (rain or shine)! Condo has free Wifi also, so bring your laptop. Balcony windows open for full access to the breeze and sounds of the beach.
Parking pass required; $27/vehicle (1 vehicle maximum/NO EXCEPTIONS, March-August, Holiday Weekends which include Hangout & Shrimp Festival). Pool area requires Key Fob for entry.

Unit is fully tiled. This condo has a private, enclosed balcony overlooking the beach and gulf, all appliances, ice maker, disposal, TV(3) ALL Flatscreens (living area w/DVD & Master Bedroom). Elevator on site, and washer/dryer in the unit, too. No smoking allowed as balcony is enclosed. NO SMOKING ON BALCONY.
