Step out the back door to the pool and down to the beach! Seasonal Beach service for 2 included! There is a shower in the hall bath! Most 1BRs in this complex do not have a shower! Walk directly out the back door to the pool and beach! Great views of the Gulf of Mexico from inside the condo and from the double wide patio! This condo sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. New tiled showers in both bathrooms! Stackable washer and dryer in the unit! This condo has been nicely updated and is the perfect place for a vacation! Make wonderful memories here! The location can't be beat either! Walk to the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, Buster's Bar and Grill, Winn Dixie, etc.! Golf at one of the 10 courses in the area from 1 mile to only 10 miles away! The Harbor area is only about 7 miles to the West. Take a deep sea fishing trip or a Dolphin Cruise or take in one of the many restaurants and bars in the Harbor Walk Village area! The Destin Commons Mall is just 3 miles to the West! The Big Kahunas Waterpark is just another mile from there! Location, Location, Location!

The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' The Destin area is abundant with Restaurants, bars, shopping areas, Golf, and water sports. Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes twice to three times a year event for many families!
