Oceanfront, PRIVATE BEACH sugar white sands of Crystal Beach. Enjoy beach set up each morning just for you, 2 chairs and an umbrella during March -October.
Enjoy the view of the beach, sun rises and sunsets on the 30 ft. deck including grill and outside dining table. Pool.
First floor has full bathroom with a shower. Kitchen area with sink, refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. King Murphy bed with a high quality memory foam mattress. There is a door to close off this area for privacy. Sofa, loveseat and flat screen TV with a DVR.
Enjoy the fabulous views of the ocean on the first floor deck, 2nd floor balcony and 3rd floor balcony.
The main floor is on the second floor. Second floor has a bedroom with a king size electronic bed, TV and DVR, full bath, Full size pantry is available for guests, kitchen, dining area, living room, 50 inch TV and DVR and balcony with dining table.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possible need.
Living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The mattress is a true mattress size.
3rd floor Master bedroom with electronic king bed !!! 55 inch flat screen TV and DVR. Balcony over looking the ocean. Master bath . CUSTOM SHOWER
3rd floor has bunk room. There are 2 bunk beds. One of the bunk beds has a full size bed top and bottom. The other bunk bed has a twin bed top and bottom. BUNK ROOM AS FULL BATH WITH TUB/SHOWER. There is also an extra vanity with a mirror in the bunk room.
Child friendly. Perfect for family vacations, reunions, weddings and all occasions.
Every room as a T.V. and a DVR. There are board games for children, , bikes, beach toys. I have light weight lounge chairs to take to the beach. Umbrellas. Extra rental beach set ups are available.
High chair, 2 pak n play baby beds and 3 strollers. There is also a full size crib.
SECURED BABY GATES AT ALL STAIR ENTRANCES FOR SAFETY. THEY ARE BOLTED INTO THE WALL.
This is a 4 bedroom 4 bath home. Washer and dryer are in the garage on the first level.
Bikes are available for your enjoyment.

Three (3) miles from Kelly Plantation Golf Resort, as well as Regatta Bay Golf Course and San Destin Golf Resort. Close to the Water Park. The location can not be beat.
