Here come the High Tides making a splash at the credited Tops'l Tides Beach Resort! Tides 601 is the perfect destination for your next getaway. Only a few quick steps until your feet set foot on the white, sugar beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your East allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.
When you first walk into the condo you will instantly feel like you are on the beach. It has been updated and redecorated to enhance your perfect getaway.
The fully equipped kitchen features all up-to-date appliances to make family dinners a breeze. The counter space features a breakfast bar to add additional seating to the dining area.
The living area hangs off the dining area and is the main feature that pulls the whole condo together. The comfortable seating around the flat screen tv is perfect for a movie night. Also included in the bedroom is a full sofa sleeper so the whole family can come to the beach.
The dining area is split between the 6 seated dining table and the 4 seated breakfast bar off the kitchen.
The balcony is the star of the whole condo! This condo is a corner unit, which means that the balcony is as big as it gets. With a 6 seated dining table, 2 lounge chairs, and plenty of extra room, the whole family can enjoy views of the Emerald Waters from the beach or the condominium’s private pool!
The first bedroom of the unit is equipped with 2 full-size beds, a full closet, and a private tv for the room.
Across from the first bedroom is the shared full bathroom. Directly next to the full bath is the in-unit washer and dryer, so bring all your outfits!
Wake up every morning to the Emerald Green Water! The master suite features a door to the balcony for the best sunrises and sunsets in bed. The master bedroom has a private master bath with a jetted bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The Tides building is beachfront – only a few quick steps until your feet set foot on the white, sugar beaches.
Effective January 1, 2023 Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort's Master Association charges a $38 guest registration fee to all guests.
All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental units are monitored for violations of this policy. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or leave overnight during the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The resort facilities include the following:
Access to 2 Gulf front pools (building pool & resort pool), Outdoor hot tub & kiddie pool, Outdoor showers/bathrooms, Community grills, Seasonal tiki bar and grille, Seasonal beach service for a Fee. Tennis courts not including the private club membership clay courts. No fitness Center.

Summary: This place by far exceeded our expectations! I am a clean freak so for me to say this place felt clean is huge! We had a few minor maintenance issues that were fixed right away! No complaints whatsoever! We will definitely be going back!
