Roku setup in every TV in every bedroom and living room so you can stream your favorite movies and shows. You will be Beachfront with plenty of dining within walking distance. New owners and updates.

PARKING:
* Currently, we have an assigned parking spot #1202 at the building (on-site).
* Overflow Parking permits are available for the Overflow Parking lot, but spots are limited and not guaranteed.
* No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rentable Mini Vehicles, Boats or Trailers allowed on property.
* Additional vehicles will have to park at the City Park & Pay lot behind the overflow lot located across from the building. The city charges $8 a day. There is a free app you can download on your phone where you can pay for parking while relaxing on the beach. That info will be sent with your confirmation.
