Come visit us and stay in one of our well appointed one bedroom vacation rental suites. The property is just a short 5 minute walk to town and right on the beach.
Your private entrance leads to a wonderful open living area with kitchen, dining area and living room with stylish wicker and cane furniture. The modern kitchen has wonderful tile counter tops, custom hardwood cupboards, full size fridge, stainless steel stove with oven Toltec does not have oven) microwave, pots and pans and matching dishes. The living room has sliding patio doors to an ocean view deck with ocean, pool and palapa vie
Listening to the ocean surf you will be lulled to sleep in the king size bed. . Off the bedroom is a modern tiled bathroom with large walk in shower.
There are spectacular views of the ocean and the 2 islands as well as the bordering estuary and its wild life. The property is fully secured by privacy walls and has a large heated pool with palapa and BBQ area ideal for happy hour and a view of the sunset.
Sunset Casa is located a 5 minute walk up the beach from La Penita town center a colorful Mexican town where you can find grocery stores, meat markets, fish stores, restaurants, taco stands, jewelry stores, beauty parlors and ice cream stands. The Thursday Market is a must and you can buy an array of fresh produce, souvenir items, fresh bread, coffee, honey, clothing, CDs and videos. There are usually over 100 merchants and stands. Just a short walk down the beach or an inexpensive taxi ride is the tourist town of Rincon de Guayabitos. Here you will find party boats, fishing tours, whale watching tours, jet skis, horseback riding, an assortment of beach vendors and a multitude of restaurants and taco stands.
After a hard day on the beach you can sit and listen to the palm trees rustle and let all your worries drift away. This is truly paradise. Come join us and enjoy this wonderful “inner fiesta”
The property has 3 one bedroom suites. These beautiful one bedroom apartments( see photos) also have fantastic ocean and beach views and are also furnished in the same high quality furnishings and amenities.They are truly made for a relaxing couples get away as this is an adult only property.
