This is a 4th floor 1 bedroom -1.5 bath beach front vacation condo that comfortably sleeps 6, is located in one of Panama City Beach's most desirable complexes - The Summit, and is a vacationer favorite.You must be 25 years of age to book the unit. Upgraded in every way, just freshly painted through out the unit.New Appliances,LVT vinyl wood plank flooring throughout the unit,upgraded living and dinning room furnishing with beautiful furnishing sure to please all lifestyles. Both bathrooms have been updated with new vanities.
You'll really enjoy sitting on the balcony, taking a sip from your favorite beverage while relaxing and watching the waves hit the sandy beach below or The Summit Crystal Clear Olympic Size Pools. With one of the best stunning views and easy beach access, this is truly the setting for your dream vacation.
The living room offers a pull out queen-size sleeper bed just in case you need additional space for guests. A 32' LCD TV and a DVD Player is available for your family's evening fun and entertainment.
The private balcony is just steps away and offers and unforgettable and unobstructed view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and our beautiful sugar-white beaches with seating for four.
