Summary: There were many things that were in poor condition: closet door tracks weren't screwed in, closet doors broken, patio divider was creaking and sticky. After the 2nd day, the kitchen sink and plumbing started to really stink. You could really hear the neighbors walking up and down the steps. The experience in the place was poor. It is in a great spot though! The beach is close and coffee/shopping on A street. Kind of makes up for it, but this is really a horrible house flip that is attempting to be a good rental
