BEACH DREAMS RESORT - WELLS MAINE We recently completed a full remodel of a 600 sq ft unit that we purchased at Beach Dreams! High end kitchen with quartz countertops. 1 bedroom has a queen and the other has a bunk bed with two twins. There is a pull out sofa in the living room that sleeps two for a total of six. You will LOVE this unit. This cottage is VERY close to the main pool (about 100 steps away) so it is great to go back and forth for naps, drinks, etc.. It is one cottage behind the main road so you also don't have a lot of noise. Cottage has a stackable washer & dryer, DVD player, New TV's, gas grill, etc. Bed and bath linens are provided. Large outdoor pool (also a small kid pool), huge hot tub, fitness center, game room are all within 100 steps of the cottage. Basketball and bocce are about a minute walk. Tennis courts are also in resort. Parking for 2 vehicles (common parking) - NO PETS ALLOWED BY RENTERS (Resort rule) and NO SMOKING ON THE ENTIRE RESORT - Book two or more weeks and you will not be charged the linen or cleaning fees at all. We originally didn't get internet because we thought the resort had Wi-fi but they no longer do so we now have wireless internet. Note: Pool may not be open in off season depending on your dates. Beach Dreams has a trolley stop at the front entrance. Bike rental and surf shop 500 feet from Beach Dreams entrance. Saltwater Farm Market and Café just across street from resort. Also New England House Sports Bar is under a mile from entrance. Area Attractions: Wonder Mountain Fun Park (Go-Karts, Mini Golf, human maze) Many beaches (closest 1 mile) Ogunquit Center Marginal Way Perkins Cove Wells Reserve at Laudholm Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge Spiller Farm Kennebunk Kennebunkport Seashore Trolley Museum Wedding Cake House Saint Ann's Church Walker’s Point (Former President Bush’s summer home) Mount Agamenticus Area Restaurants: Billy's Chowder House Bitter Ends Blue Horizon Restaurant Brown's Clam Shanty Congdon's Doughnuts East Restaurant & Lounge Fisherman's Catch Forbes Seafood Restaurant Hobbs Harborside Joshua's Maine Diner Mike's Clam Shack Family Restaurant Seacoast Pizza & Pasta Spinnakers The New England House Seafood and Sports Bar This is the closest and excellent!
