The Space:
Welcome to our amazing and spacious heritage house, perfect for families, long-term stays, travel nurses, travel professionals, remote workers and anyone seeking a fantastic beach getaway! With 3 bedrooms (two queen bedrooms and one room with 2 pairs of bunk beds) plus a comfy futon sofa in the living room, there's plenty of room for everyone. Whether it's a short or extended stay, you'll find everything you need here.
Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom, plus in-unit stackable laundry, making remote work a breeze. For some downtime, catch up on your favorite shows in the secondary master bedroom, equipped with its own TV.
The living room features a 70" smart TV and all new furniture, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and blender.
Relax and unwind in the house, watching the flat screen in the living room, or step outside and soak up the sunshine with a quick 5~10 minute walk to the nearby Cole Park by the bay. After a sandy beach day, rinse off using the outdoor shower located on the right side of the house.
Our heritage house is on a quiet and tree-lined street, one of the safest and most centrally located neighborhoods in Corpus. No need to worry about keys – we've got you covered with our smart-code front door system. Stay comfy all year round with our new Nest smart thermostat system, keeping you cool in the summers and cozy in the winters.
Please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free home. No children under 5 should be on the upper bunk bed.
This is a one-story single family home with a separate in-law suite attached to the back, but no worries, you'll have full and private access to the main house during your stay. Please note that there might be other guests staying in the adjacent unit behind the house.
Guest Access:
There is street parking for two cars right in front of the property. Please do not park on the driveway, which is reserved for the back unit behind the front house.
