The Age of Covid: What to expect as a Guest: We trust that you and yours have kept safe and healthy during the COVID-crisis. We are happy to report that because of the Turks and Caicos Government enforcing an early, full, lockdown on March 24th, there was only one death and a total of twelve confirmed Covid cases at the outset. With doors re-opening, that number rose but it has been contained. And indeed, combined with rapid social distancing and quarantines, we can proudly say that Turks and Caicos is a safe destination. Given the reality of Covid, all properties have mandatory disinfecting, cleaning, and social distancing procedures to ensure your safety (see below). Enhanced Cleaning and Safety Precautions: While Tranquility Property Management TCI is renowned for our standards of cleanliness, we are now going beyond to perform antibacterial deep cleans on all surfaces prior to your arrival. Our hygiene and cleaning protocol are now beyond industry norms including: The Govt mandated full Covid prevention clean is performed for your arrival. There will be a hand sanitizer affixed to the wall for each arrival to the house. We will restock as needed. As well, a courtesy hand sanitizer bottle and enough masks and gloves for each member of your group will be left at the villa for use on arrival. Please bring enough of each to cover the length of your stay. Gloves are optional, masks are not. We also leave a notebook and pen, so that you may enter the name of each person who attends the villa. It is mandatory to do so. It is a safeguard should any of your group become positive. All staff that interact with guests will wear Face Masks.
