Positive: The location is fantastic, parking is very easy, hotel and security staff were pleasant.
Negative: Paid extra for a balcony with an ocean view, but was surprised by construction scaffolding completely blocking our balcony and half the pools closed. I'm aware that building maintenance happens, but North Beach Vacations did not inform me of this and were very dismissive when I voiced my disapproval, and other guests at the facility had the same complaints. Not only that, but the workers were actively cutting into the building, from our balcony, starting at 730am every day. Booking.com was very helpful in getting a partial refund, but North Beach Vacations was absolutely awful and incredibly rude to deal with and I will never book through them again. North Beach Vacations sent me 30+ emails about the property advertised as "balcony with ocean view" and not one message said anything about the scaffolding or half the pools being closed.
