This magnificent beach cottage is located on the rocks of the Castle Rock marine reserve, en route to Cape Point. Spectacular views all the way to Cape Point Nature reserve. In Whale Calving season Whales can be seen from the two large Decks.
The double-storey home has four bedrooms which are all en-suite. One upstairs off the main living area and three downstairs leading out onto the pool deck.
The living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, stove and oven. The open plan lounge area has DStv and a fireplace, there is a second lounge seating area with comfortable seating over looking the ocean. The dining area has eight-seater dining room table and leads out to the large deck with Gas BBQ.
